A286 Grade 660 Condition B/D (UNS S66286)

A286 is an iron-nickel-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum and titanium. A286 is one of the most popular high temperature alloys. As one of the austenitic alloys it maintains good strength and oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 1300ºF (700ºC). Alloy A286 features high strength, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance at continuous high temperatures. S66286 stainless steel is a precipitation-hardening stainless steel. 660 is the ASTM designation for this material. 1.4980 is the EN numeric designation. S66286 is the UNS number. And A-286 is the industry name.
